Can't believe i am saying this, but that 1 step Blurr has a really cool transformation scheme (like it better then the Warrior version, actually).
Looks like a natural for a Wheeljack repaint too.

 

Skywarp is pretty cool. Soundwave and Twinferno are glorious.

 

if I didn't love my ROTF Bludgeon, I would totally get that bludgeon. Warrior Blur is a probably he kind of reminds me of Armada Blurr. my niece will be very happy when I get her some of those warrior figures

 

Really not in the RID line but that Soundwave and Blurr look great! Would the Laserbeak work with the better Soundwave?

Realllly dig that Soundwave. Blurr looks nice too. This totally comes out of the left field!

 

Hell yeah! Soundwave is all kinds of beautiful. Everything I've wanted from a Soundwave. And a wonderful blend of WFC and Prime with him. I may end up getting two and displaying one with my Classics collection. Or maybe there'll be an upscaled KO of him for proper Voyager class action.
Blurr's pretty sweet too. But I can't help but see Prime Wheeljack out of him. Hmmm...

 

I'm just so glad we're not seeing "Desert camo" Drift, or "Jungle camo" Bumblebee, or some other lame repaint we've been getting in this line so far.

 

I'm sold on that Bludgeon. Dare I say it I like it more than the ROTF voyager class.

 

Damn, i cant keep buying every non G1 toy that looks good but that Twinferno is a must and that Bludgeon and Soundwave do look good.
And yeah, Cyclonus must get a Warrior class toy!

 

Well well well...looks like We're getting some REAL decepticons (not that the villains so far aren't entertaining, just not really decepticons).

These look awesome. Very happy to see some familiar faces in this style.  

 

Bludgeon is gorgeous, Soundwave is a great cross of modern design and G1, and Twinferno is the best new name we've ever had.

 

I wonder how far into the line these are going to be, as we just saw that new Autobot jet, Drift white repaint, and pre Bludgeon at the last Con. Will these be before or after those figures?

 

Between these guys and Stormshot, I've got a lot to look forward to as an RID fan.

But seriously, HOLY SHIT SOUNDWAVE IS BACK IN RID AND WE'RE GETTING A RESCUE BOTS CHARACTER WITH ACTUAL ARTICULATION AND WE'RE GETTING BLUDGEON AND DOUBLECROSS

 

And they will make RID Deluxe Thundercracker a hard to find exclusive!

 

So Doublecross(Twinferno) hasn't had a new figure in 30 years and now he suddenly has two? OK, whatever. Go home, Hasbro. You're drunk.

 

Does this necessarily mean these characters are going to appear in the cartoon?

I'm probably a minority in this, but I prefer the original Prime designs for Starscream and Soundwave. Meh.
