I'm never sure what to make of the Masher versions of the Dinobots and their G1-movie mixed aesthetic.

The lack of paint apps is really sucky...almost just a blue or green blob (HW and Blades were just as bad). Hope they make nicer figures of these, the ideas are really cool.
What's odd is still that the one figure is the one that gets shorted the paint, the other ones at least have something else on them. Still wish we could get G1/generations style versions of the Rescue Bots it would be fantastic.
I bought those little dinobot Heatwave and Blades figures for my toddler. She loves them and I was pretty impressed by them, the plastic is solid and they are fun little packages. She loves dinosaurs so I'll probably pick up the other two. I'm more interested in that adorable Blades fighter jet though.
I have to admit, that is pure cuteness! I can just imagine Blades too as a jet..."Don't I have a slow setting?!" And I agree with Jestermon...I'd love some RB toys in that style!
The jetfighter should be the slightly larger size (Like Monster Truck Prime) - I wonder if he has a wave mate ?

Agreed , my boy would love that! As he doesn't really like the current rescue bot toys but loves the show
