    I think by Nemesis he means the warship. No idea why he acts like its a character though.

    Nope. He definitely means Nemesis the ship. Remember, when the ship re-awoke it was focused on finding the artifacts - that was its mission.

    would be kinda weird....A comic about a zombie space ship made out of the corpse of a giant space trex digging up WMD's in pyramids.
