What's that black crap all over him? I don't remember that in the show, battle damage?

 

Robot mode looks aces, truck mode is crap.

 

I think that may be part of that battle damaged two pack we keep hearing rumors of. It looks more like a deluxe then a voyager, and looks different from the other pics we've seen of him imo.

Yeah, after looking at them side by side, that is NOT the Voyager. It's a deluxe sized Earth mode Prime with a transformation similar to the Cybertron mode deluxe.

Though unfortunately there's only 2 pics in that place that's working for me so i can't see all of them.

 

I'd buy that for a dollar! ...or $25, whatever.

That's the Double-Pack version of Earth Prime.

Just compare it to the Prototype and you'll see the differences.
Plus there's the battle damage.

I actualy like the... cartoony battle damage.
A bit too obvious and all but certainly better than Movie's battle damage toys.

From the ONE image that was mirrored, I can see he looks pretty ace.

Battle dammage looks easily removable/paintable, so no harm there.

Sculpt is excellent. Love the axe, head, legs, chest and arms. Pretty much all around A++ figure.


EDIT: Now the pictures are loading.

Truck mode looks great, though needs to get rid of the battle damage and axe. (and those ******ed stacks, hope they pop off easily)

Robot mode is great and fits perfectly with Bulkhead. At least Bulkhead now has someone to display with better. 

I reallly hope this is the preview pack that comes out early, he looks fantastic!

The battle damage looks more like an infection. Maybe there's an episode where Prime gets infected with some bizzare robo-bug!

 

Agreed for the most part. Looks too much like he's lying down in his alt mode.

If by remolded you mean... completely different with different legs, chest, head, arms, hands, hips, weapon, and slightly different transformation (front wheels on flaps (EDIT: oops! Never mind, they're hidden in the torso. Actually... it looks QUITE different from Cyb. deluxe, considering its the same typical optimus transformation), hands that fold into the forearm instead of hang out of, probably some other differences)... then yes indeedy!  

I think for earth mode Ops, I'll personally wait for the larger one with the BIGGER axe. bigger is better and all that, you know. Plus, it looks like it gives the alt mode a bit more of a streamlined look.

EDIT: For those with issues on loading pics from ACtoys ... stuff loads abysmally slow. Just let 'em sit for a while and they should come up eventually.

 

He looks pretty typical for a cab-mode Optimus ... chest block at the front, legs sticking out the back. MP Op is pretty much the same in that regard. At least you can't see his waist or obvious arms or anything. Actually... it's pretty neat the way the front set of wheels are "hidden" in bot mode and exposed in alt mode.. again not unlike MP Optimus.

 

Bigger axe??

 

Waitaminute... THAT'S Voyager class? I thought Earth Mode Prime was Voyager class. I mean, Bulkhead has the excuse of being really bulky, but Optimus Prime looks positively deluxe class to me.
