Wow, a rumor that was true. Prime with extra jet parts... cant tell if it's a new mold entirely or a remold of the Voyager. In either case the vehicle is ridiculous, all this time waiting for a Prime with a trailer and he gets half a dead Decepticon to tow around.
I like how that Megatron is looking. Can't tell for sure if that Prime is a whole new mold or if it's the same voyager, but it looks like it could just be the same mold they've been using ad infinitum at this point... the jetfire parts are cool though
Cheers for the pics man, I think it's scary how close some guy on here's mickey taking photoshop really was. Combined mode looks good ish, hard to tell, it had better be good since that's all I'd be buying it for. *facepalm*
looks like voyager prime with a mighty big jetfire/jetpack accessory. while I will be skipping it I gotta say the idea looks a lot cooler then the leader class combo
At first I thought that it was animated Wingblade Optimus Prime (are there any pics of him yet?). I prefer Voyager Optimus over leader, so this is definitely a want for me. The Unite for the Universe series of toys reminds me of the TFM2007 Trans scanning (TS) series of toys. It is not clear what changes to Megatron will be other than the more movie accurate deco. If his backpack can change into soemthing like a mega weapon that would be cool.
Oh damn..the Megatron is just the voyager repainted...not that that's bad, but I was secretly hoping for a more accurate leader toy..guess I was too optimistic. Still, like the voyager mold. Not sure I'm interested in that JetPrime.
Between the amount of times it's been repainted, and the fact that last summers version is still clogging shelves, i'm getting very very tired of that Voyager mold.
