I was gonna say. I like the wheel kibble. It’s actually one of my favorite things about him.

When my favorite part of a figure is the way the wheels fold into the back, that's not a good figure. That said, it is pretty cool how they did that, it looks really neat.

I really like this mold, for me it's one that I look forward to seeing as another character though. G1 Barricade would have been cool but I doubt that will happen. Aileron?

I just like the fact he comes with all of his weapons - the rifle AND the shoulder cannon.

That's a great idea for a R&R alt mode. It would fit their military-green coloring, too.

You can see the front fins as heels.

The front spoiler probaby folds down into the back for a head reveal, and then the back of the car flim flams its way into legs.

I’m so glad that Hasbro and Takara are working hand in hand.

Well I wouldn't say "looks like" I mean pretty much every Mirage(CW doesn't count)since Classics has handled the arms/torso the same way. Why a departure that is less effective than the status quo?

Okay we got it Reflector. Sheesh.

Seriously speaking, I think that Siege Mirage is a big missed opportunity. Some of the forced homages to G1 were more or less fitting with the theme (Hound), some were pretty bad (Optimus' alt mode), some were of course excellent (Sideswipe, Prowl). But Mirage... Mirage is de facto a failed design. Whether it is cybertronian or from earth, no fast moving vehicle would ever have a wall at its back. It's just bad, bad design. Combiner Wars Mirage manages to still be better than this, same for Classics Mirage. It's a shame.

    Looking at this:

I imagine with a slight retool, allowing those back wheels to sit on his shoulders and a new head, he could make a pretty good Slapdash.

I mean, I'd love Slapdash to have his own mould but we know that'll never happen.

Well, it had to happen sometime. Seige's perfect batting average had to have a strike eventually and sad to say, Mirage is that strike for me. It's not bad, just kind of ehhhhh (and y'all know I'm generally not hard to please).

However, lose one gain one? Impactor has grown on me the more I see him.
