First Optimus, now Megatron. It's like they are making sickly versions of the Bumblebee movie cast. Should have stuck with what already worked. (I realize Megatron never officially appeared in BB movie but his silhouette looks much beefier than this Megs and the 3rd party Megatank figure nailed it).

 

I think we’ve both seen stranger things than a character being listed with the film that they were designed for. It’s not hard to believe that they’d advertise him as Bee movie Megatron (because that’s what he is) while also boosting the design’s popularity and notoriety with ROTB. And it’s definitely easy money my dude. Movie Fans have been Megatron starved for 6 years now. A leader class Megatron with a badass movie design and roughly 4 years of anticipation behind it would absolutely sell well. It shouldn’t be that hard to believe. We can just agree to disagree tho. It’s whatever.

 

Holy nightmare, that face is horrifying, and I love it.

 

Commander class would be great for the Legendary Warriors / Dinobots but for best scale Titan Class. There is currently no SS Titan Class slot but one could easily be added, to receive 1 Titan Dino even 1 per year would be more than we are getting now although yeah most would settle for Commander. Titan wouldn't need to be cheap looking or severely hollow, it would allow for a bigger budget to give better quality and lastly more size etc

Holy- has there ever been a bigger size disparity between Prime and Megs before this one? I know there was a small difference in TFP, but dang this is a whole lot bigger.

 

It’s the same height difference between Bayverse Optimus and Megatron.




Of course Bay Prime would also occasionally upscale to 32 feet.

 

Oh, I totally forgot that they were different sizes in the Bay-verse. Although it’s not entirely on me, it’s not like they were ever still enough to notice. And if they were, they were either dead or in the middle of an explosion with gratuitous shots of sweaty humans

 

Surprised to see so much love for this design. Looks like a pretty generic greebly version of Megs with a generic zombie scowl.

Yes, but it makes sense they are both making a live action version of G1 Megatron.

 

The mighty Megatron returns. Looking very, awkward. Honestly this is basically what people want from live action anymore. G1 design with movie face.
