Thin layer of finger nail polish on the tabs pretty much solved that but I wouldn't object to a new version without the titan gimmick

I feel like one of Greasepit or Hot House will get a new mold. Won't be the end of the world if I'm wrong, but just a gut feeling that Hasbro is really leaning into the playset aspect and will pony up for it (especially since the Seekers, new Datsuns, and Wal-mart Netflix line are just full of redeco opportunities that don't require new molds).

Bugbite is . . . interesting. I assume she's a mercenary to fill in their ranks, right? Cliffjumper is the obvious choice I suppose, but I wonder if this isn't the first indication of a Bumblebee mold coming.

Clone two pack sure seems odd. I doubt it's the TR ones. Maybe one of the two Battlecharger Devastation decos? With G2 Sideswipe being re-canonized as a clone, maybe something weird like Hoist in MW colors w/a matching Soundbarrier? Slicer would also work under that rubric.

 

Can we talk about the fact that we might get a bumblebee in earthrise?

 

Looking at how HasTak has been handling Seekers, I wouldn't be surprised if the 2-pack is Bitstream and Sunstorm, since they can milk more out of the 2 remaining Coneheads.

So ER Dirge could be part of Wave 4's Voyagers while Ramjet will probably get the Skywarp treatment, making him part of an exclusive set with 3 Bridge Bots for $45+. Hell, they might do the exclusive set trick with both remaining Conesheads. Marketing could be slick and wait until next year to release one to build demand. But this time release Ramjet with a SS figure that didn't sell.

Not hoping for this (I want all 4 Seekers in question) but I wouldn't be surprised if they did this crap.

I'm pleased that we might be getting Bugbite instead of a pointless and inaccurate lazy redeco of Spinister into Blue Bacchus. Sadly we're still getting a lazy redeco of Spinister into Rotorstorm.
What I'm frowning at is the 30 dollar for Hubcap.
What has me most excited is actually the Megazord. I hope I can finally buy a good and readily available Megazord for my kid  

 

They could but I doubt they will. They want these toys to pop on shelves and an all white Bee is just.. unattractive (unless you're a customizer).

 

I do hope they at least release ER Skywarp as a regular release since his Siege one was an exclusive. I personally am a sucker for seekers so they could make up new ones for all I care, after finishing the existing ones I mean.

I believe the $30 is CAD, not USD.

 

Greasepit is in the main line I believe so he will most likely be new and Hothouse will be made from Airwave as their attack forms are quite similar. If they're really clever they might be able to mix and match bits from each set but that's pretty optimistic.

 

Didn't we just get Clones? Clones that were already extremely G1-accurate? I'm not sure what they'd do here...

Not trying to be snarky here man, but with Cliffjumper appearing in Earthrise, and Bumblebee NOT appearing in Siege, did you seriously think we weren't going to get 'Bee? I mean he's behind only Prime as far as TF popularity and we haven't gotten one in Generations since Titans Return. This is like the least surprising news out of Toyfair week IMO.

 

Yes. Hoping for repaints like in the attached, or even better, tiny turbo changer sized Repugni like the recent Sharkticons set.
