the only thing worrying is that his arms dont seem to be long enough for those his armpit membranes but i am most likely wrong
    si17ndjqwfh91.jpg
also just noticed his legs are entirely on his back raising the figure from the ground. the feet being nowhere to be seen has me worried that they are too small

No word yet on prime 1. I'd love to see them create one.

If he gets the from Hasbro he would have to say it since that’s what legally has to happen. He most likely buys off Shopee like everyone else and that’s fine. And yea, Mark literally follows him and Chef so they know what’s going on. It’s free marketing basically.

Upon further inspection, it does look like his legs are folded into his back, you can see a small bit of a toe behind his right shoulder. Chances are, that's how his transformation goes

Personally I think the smarter move would have been to just not give The Fallen an alt. mode at all and instead focus entirely on articulation. He doesn't transform in the film, nor should he - Jetfire's whole thing was being a Seeker who in the bayverse continuity are literally the first transformers. Thus, The Fallen shouldn't actually even be able to transform.

Would it really be kibble if none of it is readily identifiable as vehicle mode parts? Conceptual question, really, since it retroactively applies to the original Fallen figure where the only really identifiable piece that's only functional in alt. mode is the 'cockpit screen' that I think folds over his head?

As long as the feet aren't spring loaded they should be fine. I hate the original figure's feet because of that - I even swapped them because on my figure that actually improved his ability to stand for some reason.

I'm certainly not opposed to him (or any other generally non transforming character) not having an alt mode at all, but is there any precedent to do this in the main lines? Even the recent Quintesson Judge figure had an alternate mode even if it was a vaguely defined prison complex thing. Thankfully still a case of the core robot not really having to suffer any compromises to accommodate it.

True, and you are right that the original figure didn't have anything like this either besides the cockpit of his jet mode which folded up pretty neatly along his back. I'm just glad they didn't try to reinvent the wheel or go out on a limb just to service some alt mode for the sake of having one. Thankfully the last similar case, Shockwave, was also able to deliver a near completely uncompromised robot mode with something at least functional as an alt mode.

speaking of... feet (weve reached this point)
    PicsArt_08-13-09.37.45.jpg
found toes poking out and 2 tabs on the arms. so the feet probably collapse into hypothetical shoulder tabs or slots. so he definitely transforms into a thingie

Anyone else wondering if someone'll make a Stop-Motion video of the Give Me Yor Face scene from ROTF?

It feels like a requirement considering the gimmick lol. They could honestly stop motion the entire final battle too with Jetpower Prime and Battle Damaged Megatron.

Yep, the arm thingies are actually hinged backward on the Fallen! which explains why they look so long here, they take up more space than most of us remember. It wasn't something I noticed until today either.

It may be a little more obvious in motion so here's a gif
Transformers Revenge of the Fallen I Claim Your Sun.gif

And lastly it seems like there's a set of pins and armatures here that may allow them extend further for more articulation

Great catch, his design certainly doesn't make it easy to ever notice those things and I always thought the arm struts were attached directly to his waist ala the original figure. Them being on folding assemblies like that does explain the butterfly joint as well as why the sub-arms are fixed length with double ball joints. It's an extremely odd design choice but it is accurate to the film.

"For millennia I have dreamed of my return to that delicious dipping sauce, where I too was once smothered in Mustard.

Only Mustard (or beer cheese) can complete me, and now, only one remains."

    "Gulden's... it protects the deli."

"Then the deli will lead us to it, and flavor will be ours!"

Lol, are we getting a White Scavenger/Demolishor? That's one I'd actually want.
