I read this on the guide. The episode name is "Flash and Substance" It is on cartoon network at 9:30pm central time. This should be good. I wish it wasn't the last season.
Great ep! Loved Flash's interaction with Batman :"You're a stand up guy 'Bats, don't ever let them call you a crazed loner." It was also cool to see Flash meeting his future wife and mother of his twins Linda the reporter.
It was an allright episode. Pretty funny, but these latest episodes are't as good as the other seasons. It was pretty entertaining though. I was a little dissappointed that we didn't actually get to see Batman and Captain Boomerang's duel.
Whats funny is the Trickster was voiced by Mark Hamill, and they designed the animated character to look just like Mark Hamill's live action portrayal of the trickster from the short lived live action Flash TV series from the 90s, anyone remember that show? Ed
I have the DVD boxed set! So of course the Mark Hammil Trickster was natural. Has anyone done more characters than him now? (Hammil is Joker, Grundy and Trickster now...)
I loved how Flash "caught" the Trickster. That was hillarious. Ratted out his buddies to play darts with Flash. XD The villains really made this episode.
Great episode, any one else think that Wally's boss looked a lot like Barry Allen? Also how cool was it that he used Jay Garrack(sp) Flash helmet agenst Capt. Cold. and the Kid Flash outfit in the backround was a nice touch too.
Hammils Trickster was reminiscent of the cocknocker part he played in Jay and Silent Bob strike back,which was just a parody of his Luke Skywalker role. The voice was the same though. I checked ahead to this Saturday and there is no JLU listed. WTF? They have a new episode of IGPX instead. I will be watching close just to be sure.
