It's always good to see a new TF game, and heaven knows I could use another reason to dust off my 3DS, but holy crap that looks bland. And lol@ "Gut Punch" and "Pistol Whip". What kind of TF fighting moves are these?! I can't wait to see the other moves unlocked. Maybe we'll get "Nut Shot" and "Eye Poke."
Optimus - the leader of the Autobots - with the Matrix which contains infinite wisdom has an intelligence rating of... 5?
This game is highly reminiscence of Glu Mobile's turn based tactic game; Transformers G1: Awakening. Transformers G1: Awakening was the perfect Transformers game for mobile. After all these years, the game still has an excellent replay value. It's clear that WayForward Technologies took the right decision to follow Glu's footsteps.
I'm interested in this. My only cristism is that the graphics don't appear that modern. Sure there is some super robot wars style sprite art. I get that. It's just visuals like this don't seem to be taking advantage of the hardware. It's looking to simple, but given how little press has been out for this version, and how little time they probably had to get it together for the age of extinction movie, let's just hope we get enough gameplay out of it to feel worth the price. At least we don't have to buy an Autobots and Decepticons edition of this.
Well we finally got some information on this version. I was hoping for something with a Super Robot Wars style gameplay, but this is still good. I don't expect the most cutting edge graphics ever, and no way they had the time and budget to do battle sprites on the level of SRW, but this should at least be okay.
Definitely one of the best transformers sleeper games out there. I only wish you could replay levels in order to level certain characters. By the time you were done, you were only barely unlocking blaster's cassettes.
Nice to get a better idea of what to expect from this game. Especially since I blindly pre-ordered this and the PS4 version. I wasn't going to bother with either one so soon, but I couldn't turn down 30% off.
You know that's not half bad for a movie tie-in game. I like that they're doing something different for the 3DS instead of doing a crappier half-baked port of the console versions.
He's the leader of the Autobots. I'm pretty sure he doesn't just have wisdom. I'd give him an 8 at the very least.
