I'd have to try it, but can Rampage even stand up like that with the fourth-fork of his stand folded in?

Yeah I did that a lot when I first got him. Just point the folded in section in the direction that needs the least support.

Repaints aren't my usual kind of thing, but I would be really interested if we got more Constructicon repaints than just Skipjack. For example, what if we got:
    • Scavenger to Demolisher
    • Long Haul to Payload or Canopy
    • Scrapper as the cancelled red Legends toy of his, and
    • Scrapmetal as a homage of RiD2001 Grimlock (as suggested in the Grimlock thread)

Wait, the mold is mis-assembled? All of them? I didn't realize there was an issue. Is it fixable?

This joint is installed backwards. On one side it has a flat vehicle grille and the other side is curved and covered in robot mode detailing including abs. As you can see the grille is visible in robot mode and the robot detailing in vehicle mode.

It's not easily fixable, the assembly is heavily pinned together in order to provide support for Devastator. Even if you could get it apart you'd probably never get the structural integrity back needed for Devy's ankle.

Ah! Thank you for posting that. Well, as long as the current issue doesn't affect anything, I guess it's a small price to pay and just be glad everything else works. Sucks, visually, though.

It isn't an easy fix. It involves heating and removing two rivets where the joint connects to the torso, then hammering them back in. It is possible, and actually easier than the removal, to get the joint as solid as it is out of the box after a fix. I fixed mine and it's more solid than it was before, and way more solid than the equivalent joint on Longhaul.

Hasbro/Takara-Tomy did not assemble Titans return Kup correctly either. Is there a tutorial out there how to do this fix for Rampage? How can we get Hasbro to acknowledge this to fix this at the factory?

Well, Hasbro can't do anything as the factory is under contract with Takara Tomy.
    Let them deal with it.

Ok. No. I'm wrong. Hasbro can do something.
    Let Takara Tomy know.

Honestly, AFAIC, it's not a big deal anyway.
It doesn't majorly disrupt the robot or vehicle mode. The toy still functions as intended.
    It's a non-problem.
    A "noblem".

Anything about the strenght ofscavenger in combiner mode? I dont remember who said that the combination is all held by the tiny piece that the top wheel is in, i mean a leader 2 voyagers and 2 deluxes are probably going to snap it if it doesnt use anything else to support that weight

Its not a tiny piece. The big cavity in Scavenger’s top wheel slides over a rail over Overload. Watch the video posted above, it’s a very solid sliding connection.
