Nah, you can just send them an e-mail with the order number and the item you want canceled and they will do it. I sent them an email last night to have an item canceled and they accomplished it this morning.  

 

yeah, you can email to cancel. Sometimes they don't reply though with an email to confirm cancellation (sometimes they do).

 

I sent an email last night. They responded with they couldn't because item is already in warehouse. Which is bull because the items are still showing not shipped and nothing will ship to next week. They have been pulling this alot lately.

HTS is starting to become by go-to place for all things TF and GI Joe, excluding store exclusives and import stuff.

They pretty much have a discount all the time and have been increasingly good at putting preorders up.

I've saved a ton on gas and time already this year.

Does their tracking number ever works? Tried USPS/UPS/Fedex and none of them have any information about it.

 

A lot of times “in warehouse” means, “we faxed/emailed your order to warehouse for processing and we have charged your credit card already”. At the warehouse, they may not actually package your order for shipping until a week later, especially if you didn’t select express/expedited shipping which means your order is on the bottom of the stack of orders.

 

They ship through USPS and usually give you a confirmation number. That being said, it is USPS and their "tracking" is not really tracking at all. It's more like "Your package is on its way" and then "Your package is delivered."

Yeah I didn't like not being able to cancel orders because of that issue but then I realized I can just easily return the stuff that I don't want to them at no cost.

 

Typically at least for me it seems that USPS only gets it in their system a day or 2 before it ends up being delivered. Eventually it shows up, but I blame USPS being slow between issuing a tracking number and putting up the info, even if it is the "electronically notified to pick up package" business.

 

ahhh, thanks for the explaination. I'm not really happy with their service, took a whole week(The estimate shipping date is a joke) for it to ship and they won't even accept my credit card because shipping address is different(Yet they accept the credit card payment from paypal)
If I had a choice, I would order from Amazon(No Tax and pretty much always free shipping, and they always ship fast), it's just too bad that they don't come up with good deals often.

I think you're supposed to mention the items that you purchase from out of state on the tax forms that you fill out every year and pay the taxes then. If not, the IRS may eventually find out and make you pay. I think that's how people end up owing taxes every year. =)

 

I don't think this is accurate. The IRS handles federal taxes. The taxes one pays on purchases are sales taxes, and those are all at the state and local level. And, if I understand constitutional law correctly, one state cannot go after purchases from another state because of the interstate commerce clause in the Constitution (i.e. that only Congress can regulate that).
