New Hasbro Comemorative's?

    With the newly announced Hasbro G1 Astrotrain, Optimus Prime, Ultra Magnus and PM Optimus Prime reissue's... I just want to know were they will be released at retail? are they TRU exclusive's? or online exclusive's? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

    They are re-releases from Hasbro Asia for the Asian market. They where previously TRU exclusives Back in 2002.

    If I remember right, they're Asian market exclusives, meaning if ever, they'll probably be available from online retailers.

    On a side note, the first two (Rodimus Prime and Side Swipe) was available earlier this year at a higher pre-order cost than what you can get for them now. Ebay is flooded with both at a rather good price.

    On another note, hopefully 2013 will see another sprinkle of reissues at TRU like years past with reissues like Perceptor and the Insecticons :)

    Depending on how bad you want them, I would wait a week or two. Right after Christmas and a few days after New Years are pretty dead on eBay listings.

    I absolutely loooooove this Commemorative/Reissue/Encore line! I just got Soundwave for Xmas, and being impressed with it's quality and original G1 accuracy, I went and ordered Smokescreen and Sideswipe!

    I can see myself buying every figure from this line and reliving some childhood awesome memories! (with a BRAND new figure, and not some 30+ year old original)
