New Galvatron & Optimus CG Models

    Hi guys,

    First thanks to Buk Lau for the screencap I've used here.

    I haven't seen the WD TV spot yet, but if this is anything to go by, it looks like the CG has been heavily changed again. Excuse the terrible cut and paste job, but this should give an idea:

    Here is the last trailer (left) and the new trailer (right). Haven't got a HD screencap of the new one yet, but you can clearly see that Galvatron at least is a whole new model. Optimus' torso (and head... and shoulders) are completely different too.

    It's come a long way since the original superbowl spot.

    Galvatron keeps looking better and better. I can't wait to see the final product.

    It might just be me but Galvatron actually looks a bit bigger.

    Galvatron has a hand now in place of his fusion cannon. Interesting......

    Optimus primes chest is slightly different it now seems to include the trucks grill

    Galvatron looks better,but I still love the first color in 30's trailer.
    The silver looks more like toy.

    Yeah, that's kinda odd, actually, it changes the dynamic of the scene. Galvatron's "defenseless" now.
    I wonder why they made the change?

    OP has a lot of color and texture changes. Love the added grill!!

    Im guessing as the scene happens in real time galvatrons fusion cannon changes back to a hand cuz as optimus is being shot down by lockdown, galvatron is turning over to get back up on his feet to see who is shooting...just my theory

    Notice they seem to have also gotten rid of those shoulder spikes that OP has had in every movie.

    With movies such at TFs where CGI and looks of the robots is changing all the time and even up until the last few days before movie launch, I really wish Hasbro would hold off on making toys. I know I know, they want to make money and most of you want your toys. But I personally would rather wait an extra few months after the release of the movie to get better quality more screen accurate toys than the toys that are made from earlier concepts of the TFs that in the end don't turn out like what we see in the movie because they are in a rush to make toys and get money. Looking at how OP and Galvatron are shaping up and seeing how even OP is starting to look more and more like an actual truck in his robot mode, it depresses me a bit to see the garbage toys for some of these characters we are getting.

    I have been trying to find it online and it seems like every site that had it up has taken it down an or the YouTube vids of it are being taken down. I can't think of a reason why though?
