I'm not necessarily a RIRFIB advocate, but I do like that Hasbro stuck with the G1 name designations and made Rumble red and Frenzy blue, helps keep the toys consistent.

Dope! This opens the door to an Overkill and Slugfest reissue!

Hope they have tampos instead of stickers.

    This changes NOTHING! :D

I'm actually looking forward to these guys. I may not get Soundwave, but I've had a headless Lazerbeak for 25 years that needs fixing...

It's cute that you think it works that way.

Hopefully these are timed to be in stores at close to the same time as the Soundwave reissue.
Also hoping the tape labels on some or all of these are printed instead of stickers, but I'm not betting on it.

Frenzy is Silver and Rumble is a Rhino.

that's adorable, you think Hasbro is going to bother reissuing characters that weren't in the cartoon
(yes I know they were onscreen for 20 seconds in Call of the Primitives, but most of the Nostalgia blinded 40 year olds in this fandom seem to think that only the first two seasons of Geewun "count")

I'll go one better! I want a Wal-Mart 'reissue' of the Dino-combiner tapes, despite them having never been released outside Japan (or outside of an overpriced Gold Bee Movie box set.).

I have the Japanese versions, but there is something so appealing and nostalgic about the Hasbro packaging that will make these impossible to resist.

Reminds me of when I first got mine (back in 1985 for F&LB and 1987 for R&R).

Don't suppose these will be available in the UK anywhere? My G1 (red) Frenzy has seen better days.
