The camera function is so good you can scan the pictures of the toys on amazon.com and unlock all the characters!!!

Doesn't seem to be out yet on Android (at least in Europe). I don't suppose anyone with the game could be so kind as to do a quick list of all the available characters/variants? It'd be interesting to cross-reference it with the current list of toys we know about...
