Eh, the $30 price tag isn't that bad once you think about it. Voyagers are usually around $24.99, but in Power of the Primes voyagers include a tad more accessories such as the Combiner feet/arm armor that you can plug a Prime master into, plus voyagers also include its very own power cube as well.

Wow... Voyagers are rising so ridiculously fast. Just two years ago they were what, $23? Now they're already $30. $50 Leaders are a bit easier to swallow with how they're incorporating more advanced engineering for the gimmick, but it's still a damn shame. Still, for $50, they could have engineered Orion Pax's cab a bit better to not look like a bunch of stuff mashed together. One can pick up most MP KOs at $50, and those are much much higher quality than Hasbro's Leaders.

I'm just glad I'm really only in for Primal on the Leader front (I would get Rodimus, but he'll eclipse Voyager Galvatron). I'll probably skip Grimlock at $30 since I paid that much for the excellent Voyager KO last year, and it's not hindered by being a combiner. I'll save that money and just get the Deluxe Dinos.

 

Meh, voyagers have always been more than 35$ here since AOE.

 

Not talking the product line, just the technology it runs on with a USB-charged glowing-cube battery that plugs into the bot.   They already paid for the R&D... hell, they rebranded "Kota & Pals" animatronic dinos for Jurassic World and only changed the stitched on logos without even changing the colors to match the screen dinos, and we all know how Hasbro is in their love of trying to squeeze every R&D penny til Abe shits quarters.

 

Yeah I'm fine with the $30 voyagers if it means they also come with dedicated feet and a Prime Master. They seem decently bulky too so that's fine for me.

Agreed. They seem a bit better value for that price, too, all things considered.

Actually no, which is why I was kinda ticked at them for front paging those pics last time.

As for toys r us, they THINK they know that someone from my store posted pics of their super secret database on seibertron, which is admittedly my fault. As far as I know, they don't even know that TFW exists.

 

I hope you realize you truly do go above and beyond to get the information for us (and hence why I've written you a theme song, and reworded some epic quotes in your honor and will continue this tradition). In these dire times for TRU and brick and mortar as a whole, hell, I'd argue that information supplied by folks such as yourself keep the "thrill of the hunt" alive and well, and remind us of an experience that can never be perfectly duplicated through the convenience of online shopping
