AOE trailers have show Optimus and Grimlock literally wiping out everyone, and with all the big players like Megatron, Shockwave etc out the picture are both the Humans & Autobots going to face an adversary like the Quints? As a Decepticon fan I hope Galvatron will pose some sort of threat, but again I only see him biting the rust. Stinger has potential but can't see him being developed either. Season 3 of G1 for eg had a load of alien species, but where can this franchise go if all the big players are gone
Not sure in what capacity....but i think your right they are definitely all about expanding the TF universe. Maybe theyve invented a completely new menace???
It SOUNDS like Bay is talking about an entire species, which makes me think "quintessons" but damn if nightship doesn't look a hell of a lot like a movieversified Unicron. Who the hell knows. Maybe it's something ENTIRELY new. Boy would that make people on these boards shit in their own mouths for about 3 months.
Just because Bay wiped out Megatron, Starscream, Soundwave and Shockwave. It doesn't mean that there is not still a big spectrum of Cons to chose from.
Straxus, Thunderwing, Overlord, Dethsarus, Zarak * I know Scorpinok was in the movies but Zarak could always be someone else* If you want to take ie even farther throw in Voilin Jiger or Devil Z if you want to go the whole Alien yhing route. Opps Almost forgot good ol Jhaxius! Or even Nova Prime!
You never know, Glavatron may have some link to Megatron. Towards the end or middle of AOE he could regain conscience and remember the memories of Megatron. This could bring back the hatred for Optimus Prime and the Autobots. Perhaps at the end of the Movie Galvatron could some how get into space or send a message and in TF5 and TF6 we could see Cyclonus, Scourge and his sweeps, the rest of the Decepticon army. Hell, I hope we get Skywarp and Thundercracker as separate characters. If the quintessons were to turn up WTF would they look like?
The one 'person/alien' that he is here for is optimus prime. This has been confirmed in the leaked footage of the final speech of the movie.
You know, I don't doubt that new species will be introduced. Maybe the Quints but at the end of the day, these are still movies about transformers right? And as much as we all know that no matter how bleak it looks for the Autobots, there are always going to me more Autobots that find their way to Earth lol. And the Decepticons will always be the main threat to the Autobots. So I really am leaning more toward the mass reamergance of the Decpticon Empire as a G2 Decepticons.
Who confirmed that that was the final speech of the movie? Or that its even in the movie or that there is anything actually final about what was recorded?

Unfortunately the character Death's Head, just like Circuit Breaker, is owned by Marvel. Meaning Hasbro and Paramount is not allowed to have them any more in anything TF. At least for now.
So would that then mean more G2 Bots? If so, then that's just another reason for Swipe to not get 'Bayd'. Could you imagine him in his G2 colors and proper alt form?
