Yeah true lol. Optimus, off-camera though, probably gently threw Sam out before battling Megatron in the forest.
Stealth force was out during the ROTF line. That's why I say it inspired the movie. Perhaps it was a concept they wanted to use for ROTF but put off till DOTM.
Actually Bay himself stated that he liked the stealth force Idea when it was shown at that toy show a while back and wanted it for the next movie. (i.e. DotM)
Wow. I thought stealth force came about during Hunt for the Decepticons. I guess my mental timeline is a bit off. It very well could have been planned then scraped for ROTF.
You are mistaken. The Hasbro gentlemen I talked with at Botcon last year told me that Bay saw the Stealth Force cars and liked the idea so much that he wanted to use it for the third movie.
already thought of this! more a decepticon getting information from someone, as a voice within a car. the car just going all mechtech inside and crushing them, then driving off without anyone outside the wiser... MURDER DEATH KILL!!!
Because they are! Look at the toy and then this, they open the same way. No! I can see plenty of Radicon mods coming to that toy to make it more screen acurate... I want one. +1 they still kinda do for the toys (some of them) but on the big screen it will be full of win. It's going to be said sooner or later, so here' goes: Where does all of that weaponry come from inside Bumblebee? Especially with the gun coming out of a roof that is less then 4 inches thick. He gains mass.
The trunk splits in a vaguely similar fashion, that seems to be all. Can someone give me an article to confirm that Bay liked the Stealth Force Idea?
I remember hating Mechtech, but then the thought hit me later that the reasoning behind them in the toys may be because of their appearance/involvement in DotM. For now, I still hate it, but I want to see how that (and Stealth Force) translate on-screen. Except I'm sure Optimus MEANT to not squish 'em, unlike what a 'Con would try to do.
I don't know if you've ever been to a Botcon before, but Hasbro guys tend to not tell you much of anything if you're recording them. Especially at the bar. Mind if I ask you a question? Why do you have to have some official conformation about this anyways. It doesn't always exist you know. If you can't trust the word of another fan that's fine, but to keep asking for proof of any tidbit of info is gonna leave you more disappointed than satisfied. When one gets a little info off the record, they tend to want to share it. That's why this forum is called news and rumors. News for the officially released info and rumors for the off the record comments.
Weird, the way this trailer was put together made it seem like it was the first Transformers movie to come out
