Its just really hard to tell who that is if even anybody or one of the ''protoforms''

That last pic is the flashback sequence at the beginning of the film where the Fallen oversees the construction of the harvester as he inspects primitive Earth's life.

Thats kinda what I thought it was but its kinda hard to tell since they dont really do a great shot of the bot and its a little hard to make out details
