he looks a lot better than the test shot pics. I'm really digging the use of the minicon, too. But his alt mode, just like metroplex, is more than a bit lacking.

It is, however, nice to see something innovative instead of just pure G1 homage.

 

I like what I see. The robot mode is wonderful and the vehicle mode is a lot more tolerable than Metroplex's. Very cool! It's too bad they couldn't make the toys as big as the characters they represent, but it's no big deal. This looks to definitely be worthy of purchase.

 

 



I'm pretty sure human twin twist is much easier to get on his back than the cybertron toy version.  

 

I still like it. No idea how it'll fit on my shelf though.

 

Get a large fanny pack and walk around everywhere with him poking out. Walk up to random people and tell them the whole story of the Autobot/Decepticon war as you know it. Show them your toy and enact grand space battles with it. You will become a much valued member of society. Do it.

 

How I love the Giant Planet bot mods. I do love them so.

Vehicle modes are so-so, but those bot modes just scream big giant robot to me.

Now, if only I had room for them somewhere.

 

The mold looks alot better close up. I just wish they had gone with different colors than these.

 

Looks yummy! The colours are a wee bit murky though, and I'm a bit annoyed they gave him a Decepticon symbol. Moledive didn't have one in the show, so that's gotta go.

His minicon only rides inside right. they are two separate robots correct?

 

I kinda wish he had a more heavy equipment style color scheme. One of the few times I'd suggest a yellow heavy motif.

 

Don't know about Quickmix, but Metroplex (Megalo Convoy)'s minicon can only attach to him via the minicon port, there is no room for him in the body

 

On the show, yes. In my collection... probably not. I kinda like the idea of him being a Minicon who "evolved" into a bulk by building a huge battlesuit for himself.

He'll be out in May. He ships with Wing Saber and Sky Shadow. I'll almost always buy a new mold before a repaint. (And TFs that just fall forward and are finished? You must have missed most of the four-legged BW/BM figures. And Fort Max.)

 

Yep, my wallet's definitely going bye-bye this year. Menasor definitely lives up to his G1 name, even if he isn't a Stunticon.  

 

Lumpy you may not want to wait for a sale. The later entries in the last few main lines have tended to disappear quickly. I know that there is still some to go after this guy and all, but it's still probably not going to have the same shelf presence that things before it had.

I don't know though, maybe I'm being a dumb.
