I'm really confused. It's a convertible and is less detailed. Looks more like a standart 2016 camaro.

 

Like I said, I think all we will see of this in movie will be the inside and maybe a quick side profile of this car. Seeing how the seat swivels to extend our the door. Something is going to happen inside the car where whoever is inside Bee might have to be extended out the drivers door for his protection. Very confusing tho.

And it's going to be attached to the camera truck there so yeah looks like something or someone will be fighting in and on Bee while he's driving. Still feels like a Frenzy attack scene to me. Especially with Barricade trailing behind.

 

Barricade rips the shit out of him.

 

Why would they sacrifice car's details though. Even chevy symbol is not in the right place.

 

It's most likely all for the ease of filming a stunt. I bet this is a second car with less detailing that you probably might not even see during the time in it's scene!

 

Like I said, I don't think the whole car really matters if it matches or not. Looks like most of what they want to film will be inside the car and maybe from certain views. The back and front of the car don't look like it will be filmed much and the front would only be filmed from the headlights up as it looks.

 

Or this could just be the start of another famous Bee transformation where he throws Cade in one direction while he fights off Barricade for a few seconds, just to transform back while catching Cade and driving off. He did it in DOTM as we all know with Sam and did it again sort of in AOE with him and OP jumping over the overpass in AOE.

 

Really hope that's just the car being dissected for camera shots like how the '67 Mustang drifting in Tokyo drift was shot. Really don't like that convertible look

Some pictures have him as a standard camaro without the detailing and some have him as a convertible and no doors. I'm so confused.

 

Looks like it could just be used for certain stunt shots. That's probably why the front end isn't the same.

Side note: You just know the shot is gonna look cool when Bay has that evil smile
