No, it's probably an older one from the book-style-era reissues. He had both translucent Tracks and Road Rage recently, and they're bookstyle-era.
Isn't this the second clear G1 Prime we've seen in one week? They're probably from the KO. I wouldn't be surprised if people are stealing testshots from KO manufacturers these days.

You want Clear Tracks, you got it. Just pick your flavor Blue Tracks (Raspberry flavor) Red Tracks (Strawberry flavor) White Tracks (Vanilla flavor) Though this isn't from him. He had five sets of the Tracks figures and five Convoys last time, that is probably one that didn't sell as they didn't always go on ebay.
