I know a lot of people aren't fond of Bumblebee returning to his old design, but I personally think it's one of my favorite robot designs ever. It gets the kid-appeal friendliness across, while not forsaking the warrior element. Not to mention I think it's fitting that a character with the name, "Bumblebee", would have door-wings. Megatron's new design is all kinds of awesome.

Well, I should've been a bit more clearer. When they showed the promotional art for Bumblebee and Prime for AOE, they differed greatly from what we saw in the film. Bumblebee and Megatron might look a smidgen different in the film than they do in the promotional art pieces.

 

Surely this isn't what the Snapchat was hyping up yesterday.

Bumblebee's AOE design was far to busy for me. It worked for Stinger but It didn't suit Bee.

Loved Que and the twins! Why? They had car kibble on them and while many may. Or have like their "character", I for one loved each one because they were "different". I liked the sassy, hip, street, (at times dumb as a box of rocks) character of the twins. And i liked the feel of Que with him being an inventor. Shit, he and Cade would have gotten along perfect!!! Could you imagine the banter between Que and Cade in designing shit? These were both characters that were loved and hated but had character that should have been expanded on at least another movie.

 

Honestly I miss the old designs from the first few movies. You guys may have seen my comments before but I miss the old designs with the vehicle kibble sticking out. They actually looked like Transformers back then.

 

I don't like any of these designs (sorry just my opinion). Why can't Bayformers learn from IDW Comic designs at least? I gotta say these days when I tell non knowledgeable TF peeps I'm a fan of Transformers and collect them too, they automatically assume its Bayformers Hogwash. So embarrassing. Ugh...

 

I wonder if it will be some weird nonsense like they go back in time to when Megatron was alive and doing some guff in Scotland looking for some artifact. I\'ve never been on board with the being frozen for THOUSANDS of years thing. Cybertronians, especially in these films, would have found him by then.  There are already holes in the theory about how he knows perfect English and where things are and that jazz. Sector 7 would have only given him so much info. 

So I\'m going with Megatron and some other knighty guys influenced the Dark Ages in some manner and they go back in time to experience that, a la \"D.R.I.K.A.C.\"

Bumblebee is about as kid friendly as a broken transmission and yes Q and the twins are unforgivably heinous and Ugly.

And people, this is compared to any any fiction.

 

Why did you make bumblebee return to his old design?

 

Bumblebee looks so fragile and skinny when he was in TF1, His AOE version was way better he should of just stayed more bulkier in that form.

 

Well, at least Prime and Megs finally look like they belong to the same race.

 

I feel the opposite. I always found Bee chubby in TF1-3, especially in DOTM. That's why I liked his AOE design so much because he was slimmer and didn't have so much baby fat. I think in TF5 he's carrying on that same physical feature; having less baby fat with just the old design.
