    The obvious answer is that Grindor was really Blackout and he resurfaced with the rest.

    But you also just say that Scalpel stayed outside of Ravage when they all came up.

    These cardboard stands aren't really the greatest representations of these characters because of how cartoony they are. There's also a chance that these guys, particularly Megatron and Bumblebee, won't even look like this in the final film.

    I feel like these will be used in toy box art.

    AOE Leader Optimus Prime's toy was based off of his older concept design (it was a last minute change), so this can be the case this time as well.

    Bumblebee isn't the only one ditching an upgrade; Optimus has switched his gauntlets for his less-gauntlety arms.

    Why is everyone so surprised about Megs' horns? It's the same as his official concept art look and those horns slide down to make his battle mask with tusks.

    Megatron and Bumblebee still look quite ugly, probably the ugliest mechanical beings in science fiction.
