    The convention rate for the Hyatt was only 15 dollars cheaper than their normal prices anyway. I know, I decided to extend my booking and had to pay for a night at the regular rate of 145.00 per night

    The people at the first number didn't even know about a Botcon rate, and the people at the second number told me to call back tomorrow. Man things aren't going well for me!
