I looked, but didn't find. Please close if this is previously mentioned. Am I the first to note that the color scheme of the new bendy prime is the very same color scheme of the new LOC Prime? Red and black with blue.
I picked up on that as well when I saw him yesterday. Very nice colour scheme for a Prime, its a nice break from red and blue while still being a "Prime" colour scheme.
I also really like the new scheme. Very sharp colors. I probably shouldn't get it, but I probably will becase I love that mold so much.
I like the idea of just using red and black, but the trim colors didn't do it for me. Great mold but I'm thinking I'll pass on this one.
He has a Cyber Key? I didn't see one in the pictures. Anyway, I like the colors and he'll be both part of the Cybertron and Armada collections.
he doesn't appear to have a cyber key and over-run's missing. At least I hope that was display issues only.
I suggest Cyber-Key, as I think he's part of the cybertron line. Though I can forsee Hasbro not being bothered to remold him to accomodate one.
The Optimus Prime/Ultra Magnus (RID) set from Cosco was sold under the Cybertron Banner and had no Cyber Keys. I'd be very suprised and pleased if this Bendy Prime had a Cyber Key and/or Minicon. Amazed if he was remolded to accomodate the Key.
My question is: why the hell does everybody call him "Bendy" Prime? Did I miss a memo or something? What's so "bendy" about him?
bah. I really don't see why there needs to be a *fourth* release of bendy prime. wish they'd reuse dx energon prime though. that way I could get ahold of one without messing with ebay. XD oh well...
Off topic: Anyway to fix the Magnus forearm problem? all I could do was to swith the forearms, but now the fists are upside down. Is there a way to safely remove the fists?
As I said in the toyfair thread, you have to do the math: sweet colors, sweet mold, sweet price = sweet toy.
