it seemed from users they wanted one all-encompassing thread for both bad ebay buyers and sellers.

I saw that the thread for bad eBay sellers is pinned, so I am asking if we can close/lock the previous threads

While we appreciate the thought and work that went into what you have done, we have no plans to have an official stickied "Bad Ebay Buyers" thread, for our own reasons. Also, the bad sellers thread that is stickied is the official thread. That is the one to be used. I have closed the thread you created to avoid confusion on where users are to post the info.
