My only wish is for the animation to be photorealistic like the first 5 minutes in bumblebee or fall of cybertron trailer... or at least close to that. I don't want the animation to be 2d like spiderverse or generic 3d animation like we see on 3d animated movies in general. It probably won't happen tho.

finally watched toy story 4 and i can say that i'm very optimistic about this film, it's better than 3 and most of pixar's other recent films, it's certainly far from my favorite move but it's definitely good

The question I would like answered is,,, a prequel to what? Prequel to the 87 animated movie? Prequel to G1 series? Prequel to the Netflix series? If it is about the relationship between Optimus Prime and Megatron, I'm guessing it's safe to assume it's more of an origin movie than a prequel really.
I'm willing to bet it's an origin movie, which by default, makes it a prequel to everything.
