If you want the original Diaclone Soundwave, or as close as you can, get the reissue Soundblaster in SW colors TRU is getting this winter.

 

I think I`ll grab both as the titanium Soundwave looks pretty good to me.

I don't think he looks all that bad.

 

First time I have seen him....he's not that bad.......The crotch is a bit droopy, but I can deal with it...

 

The crotch slides up into the body more, I remember someone showing a different pic. That pic is definitely mis-transformed.

 

Well from what I can tell, he's still hung like a horse, or that's just padded.

 

it's not so much that he's "all that bad" (although i think he is) but more that the original G1 is superiour (as far as i can tell from piictures) in every conceivable way save knees...

 

I agree with you a 100% I love the G1 soundwave and it is almost like compairing Apples and Organes the quality is just not there with this verison. This is just an update of that classic figure without the quality.

 

I'm going to wait to see some better pics of him before I make a decision on him. For the size that he is, he's not all that bad. The only two that I plan on getting are Jetfire, and the most likely repaint of Thundercracker as Skywarp. I might get a couple of the 3inchers, but I currently don't plan on it. Peace out.
