Awesome! Glad I didn't get the Impossible Toys version, this one looks much cooler with the head and stand!
I dunno parts seem better than Its version, but not sold on that head, something about the overall look of her is not right. IF IT had not released thiers and IF this one wasnt 100 bucks maybe...heck even if IT had released thiers and this one was the same price I might give it a go, but 100 bucks is WAY to much for this.
I think thats faith leader mostly because of the head if im right than holy wakamoley shes tiny for a hundred dollars! =O ID EXPECT ALOT MORE ACCESORIES AND DIE CAST! WARBOT DEFENDERS CHEAPER AND HE HAS MORE DIECAST! =O haha dang I need more cash x)
Dammit and after I'd gotten the IT one. Ah well. To be honest I'm not entirely sold on this one. The vehicle mode still looks a tad boxy, and I'd need to see some better comparison photos with other Classics figures. And of course, especially after the price for the IT one, there's the cost.
$100! I bet 30 is just the stand to hold it up though, It IS the tiny one, look at the hands of the guy in the video, either that or he's a mammoth beast human! I would bite if I didn'y already have a kit planned for a chug arcee .
that thing looks mangeled up in vehicle mode and great it's another deluxe sized one ( it goes with classics but not price)
While it's true that a lot of features on this look better than the Impossible Toys Valkyrie, especially in car mode, there are others that would make me either content with the one I already have, or wish I had $200-300 to blow back when Rabid Squirrel was still making A.R.C. (in pink). I like the stability on this one, and the fact that she's slightly larger (and has a steering wheel), but like the look of the Valkyrie's robot mode more -- provided the arms & chest can be made to lock onto the body! As for another plus, it looks like this Arcee has a rub-sign indentation on the car hood!
I still prefer the thinner arms, head and face sculpt on the IT version. I'll excuse the QC for a better sculpt.
It costs alot less than the over-priced and low quality piece of garbage Rabid Hal was selling. You ask me this looks like a nice alternative for the IT one or an "in addition to" for those who want every G1 Arcee they can get their hands on. Plus, with both products out there (in other words, competing choices for consumers) prices may get driven down on one or both of them. I like my IT one and want a second, but not unless the price drops down to $30. Arcees are the only part of my collection I would let myself splurge on anymore but the IT one just falls short of my expectations to justify a second at $70. Here's hoping this one is a bit more high end. Edit: As someone who wants to get any G1 Arcee they can get their hands on (besides the ARC) If someone wants to point me in the direction of a WST Arcee or the G1 model kit (the repro is fine) that'd be sweet. I wish Hasbro had put out that Titanium one.
hmm one of these, or two of the others for only $30 more lol hmm. but i must say this version does look nice just not sure if it is a 100 dollars nice lol
