Bluestreak and Silverstreak sorted that out for me.

I'm looking more for a name that doesn't have anything to do with the color blue. Is Windcharger called RedCharger? No, and he shouldn't be. Speedbreaker or Sideburn will more than likely get the win, if not one of the Gobots Lambos.

For me, Bluestreak shouldn't have any blue on him and the blue guy is somebody else.

Okay, maybe Blue Deep Cover will be Blindside or Midnight.

I also just got Netflix Sideswipe and I have to give him a name...

    Brakecheck? Hotline? Roadflare?

I like it. All silver is silverstreak (my personal fav), cartoon version is bluestreak, and this one. I'm stealing it. I'm already thinking of him as a slow talking rural police officer like Andy Griffith, don't know why.

Woot, found them at my closest Wal-Mart. Grabbed 2 Drones, a Rusticon and Deep Cover. No sign of the Seeker or Spoiler pack though. They were going for 17.88 each, so that was pretty sweet.

TRA GEN WFC N REISSUE DELUXE AST - Walmart Inventory Checker - BrickSeek

Walmart tracks things by case assortments, so you got to use this link. It’s not guaranteed though that the figures In-stock are wave 3.

No problem, glad I could help. The one you tried using is the assortment for Siege waves 1-5. That’s why it was showing up for $2 in some places.

I found a Deep Cover at WM yesterday. I like it but hate the battle damage. The hood is gray plastic painted blue so would it be easier to remove the black and silver damage paint apps or to paint the hood blue? If paint, I need recommendations.

I tried to remove just the damage but the method I was using ended up taking the blue with it (I used a Magic Eraser - it worked perfectly on the windshield, but not the hood) so I ended up having to paint it. I was not able to color match it with the paint I had on hand, and had to blend my own as close as I could, so I don't really have any color recommendations, unfortunately.
I didn't try on the shins, as I was going to repaint them anyway (a bright yellow/green like the G2 Gobots Sideswipe) but if it is the same paint as the regular Sideswipe mold that paint wipes off with alcohol no problem.

Love it. As long as 90's G2 SS is fellow 90's Tim Drake. ;)

Of course! Damien is cool too, but Tim will always be my favorite Robin.

Apologies if this has been stated but has Cheetor been found in US retail yet? I asked this in the Canada thread and they linked me here. But im not seeing anyone explicitly say it has. The "in hand images" doesn't really confirm that for me

I too miss the days when names weren't so "on the nose." Sure, there was Soundwave, Bumblebee, and Hook, but names like Jazz, Bluestreak, and Cliffjumper didn't tell you anything about their colors or alt modes.

    As for NF Deep Cover...

Given the battle damage, I had an image of an Autobot who fiercely rushed head first into battle, weaving between enemy shots and bombs. This worked because I wanted a contrast to the low key Deep Cover.

Anyway, I thought of associated words and "Dodge" sprung to mind, but naming an Autobot after a car company didn't work. My brain took the lazy jump to "Dodger", then realized he's kinda in the colors of the baseball team, and its most famous player, Jackie Robinson, was famous for being an aggressive runner. That's exactly what I was looking for, so that's what I'm going with. In my head cannon he can use displacement holograms that make it appear as though he is several meters to the left or right of where he actually is.
