Why is only season 1 left? Isn't that strange to take down the other seasons and Beast Hunters?

Unfortunately, that's the same case with 2015 Transformers: Robots in Disguise (only the first season is available). If someone is watching Prime for the first time on Netflix and wants to continue watching the show, the dvds are still available (as of this post) at very affordable prices. However, 2015 RID never did get released in season sets past the first season. If someone really wanted to, the second season of that series is available digitally. But you'd have to way overpay, the price is the same as buying each episode individually. The third season is the only one that has a more affordable season price, rather than having to pay the same price as purchasing each episode individually. Of course, the way that Tubi has been obtaining virtually every Transformers cartoon ever created, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see both Prime at 2015 RID available to watch for free there.

I hope Tubi does get it. Seeing Rescue Bots up there makes me think it won't be too long now.

Netflix used to have G1 and Beast Wars, too. They've been removing all Transformers shows from their service.

I know. It's likely only a matter of time before they remove it, too.

but I was wondering why they would remove just 1 and not all at the same time.

Because seasons 2 and 3 are on The Roku Channel so you have to pay for multiple streaming platforms just to access the entire show so they make more money. This is exactly what I predicted, and why I believe owning movies and TV shows is superior to streaming services; once you buy it, they can't take it away.
