    Hello,
I was wondering, can I setup the instant Netflix streaming feature on a 360 using only one ethernet cable?

    Example:

    1) I am connected to xbox live. I have already downloaded the Netflix app
and all I need is to get my code. I receive code and unhook my ethernet
cable from the 360 and back into laptop. I get a popup of course, saying that
I have been disconnected from Live but I figure no big deal.

    2) I go to netflix.com/activate and put in code but it says activating for
2 to 3 minutes so I give up.

I guess what it boils down to is do you need to be connected to both 360 and computer at the same time ie: using a router?

    Thanks in advance.

Yes. The 360 needs to be connected for it to activate. You have to leave it on the code screen while it activates.

You can use the browser on an Iphone if thats an option.
