UPDATED! finished! So while browsing the Web, I came across a theory. It is a fan theory that Sentinel rebuilds himself (much like megatron did in AoE) And becomes Nemesis Prime.
I'm surprised Takara didn't take a chance to do something like this during the DOTM days. Would've been a cool way to get another Nemesis repaint out of someone who isn't Optimus.

Update! Still working on his right arm, but I almost have the base coat done! Then the details! I'm trying to figure out the color scheme. I'm thinking of just keeping it simple. Silvers with some gold accents. I am also wondering if I should change his weapons or not... Any thoughts?
Definitely add details to legs and forearms to help break up the black. I'd stick to silver with a few gold highlights to help details pop. Definitely keep the sword and shield because they are badass and would look great in this color but I also recommend some guns. Maybe two pistols that he can dual wield. It's looking fantastic!
What alterations did you make to his face - by the looks of things, you shaved the eye outlines and nose down? It certainly looks more screen-accurate (minus the colours of course).
Fantastic! Great extra details to break up the black. Great weathered look all around. This came together beautifully. Honestly think this is how Sentinel should have looked. So bad ass!

It's been awhile since I've updated. Unfortunately the plastic on this guy was brittle, I part swaped as many parts as I could, but ran out of usable parts. As such, I've abandoned the alt mode.
