Hey everyone, so I sold a MIB Landcross and a MIB Road Caesar on eBay and need to ship to Australia. Wanted to put it in once box and ship it and the guy at UPS said it was gonna be like 700 bucks to ship the damn thing!

For my B/S/Ters that ship international, what shipping method do you guys use?

Thanks for the replies in advance!

There's a couple of threads discussing the same problem in TF Toys, so moving there... sounds crazy! :)

Check with USPS. Everything else is crazy expensive for international shipping. I sell a lot on eBay and I just use their global shipping thing. You ship it to Kentucky and eBay handles shipping to the foreign country.

Which always baffles me, because international shipping from Germany to everywhere else in the world is ridiculously cheap by comparison.

USPS is definitely the way to go, depending on transaction amounts to be protected by PayPal you will need to ship by one of two ways:

    <$250.00 Priority Mail International
    >$250.00 Express Mail International

You can ship by other methods but at your own risk, so definitely get insurance too. Also you should be able to get a shipping label thru eBay or PayPal for the above methods.

Also check out this link on the requirements to ship to Australia via USPS.

I agree. These two methods are the ones I always use to have my purchases shipped to Europe from the US. Still expensive, for sure, but 'doable'.
With these methods you can then have *full* tracking (*a must*, if you ask me), and yes, full insurance as well (that's good for the buyer as well as the seller...)
