I put some items up on ebay and put in the auction that I only ship within the U.S. Someone bought 2 of my items. They are from Israel. No feedback either. How do I go about this?

I hate that. People should learn how to freakin read!. I would bill them them the actual price to ship it to Israel.

In the future, you need to check the listing option to only allow bids from selected countries. It will block bidders outside the areas automatically.

I did do that. I even have the filters setup in my preferences. I don't know how it went through.

From my experience it does not block bids. This just happened to me. Said I would only ship to these 'X' countries. Someone from 'Y' country bids without asking and got stunned when I told them what the shipping cost would be. Tried to argue around it. Total waste of my time because the buyer didn't read the auction information.
