I need some suggestion on some new animated action/ adventure type shows. I've already watched alot of stuff like, everything in the DCAU, Spectacular Spiderman, Teen Titans, pretty much anything with superheroes. I'm not too into anime (loved Death Note though) but if anyone knows an anime that isn't too crazy or out there I'd like to hear them

I have seen some episodes of it a few years back. I'll definitely have to check it out again

Do it. Its one of the best animated shows ever made.

I also recommend EXO Squad, BattleTech, ReBoot & of course all American-made Transformers shows.

Well, depends what you're into, but here are some I have on DVD and thoroughly enjoy:

'Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex'
    'TRIGUN'
    'Robotech'
    'Yukikaze'
    'Roughnecks: Starship Troopers Chronicles'
    'Spider-man: New Animated Series' (MTV)

I thought they should have ended the show there. It would have made the series a tragedy and much more believeable in a way.

    Also:

    IGPX
Cowboy Bebop (one of the best Animes ever in my opinion.)
Full Metal Alchemist (Great storytelling with great action. Another amazing Anime.)
    Godzilla: The series
    Ghostbusters Extreme

That's all I can think of.

To expand on this, if you don't mind watching something with subtitles check out the newer Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. Its ALOT better than the original series, and that was fantastic.

Seconded. Best X-Men series to date, IMO.

Also try the new Iron Man series. It is called Iron Man: Armored Adventures and though they make Tony and Rhodes teenage, it is somehow still very mature and enjoyable. A bit too much angst and hormones, but hey, what are ya going to do?

Just got through watching Gargoyles and it was phenominal!

FMA in an anime that gets about as "out there" as Death Note, so you should enjoy it. It isn't crazy like Bobobo-bobo..bobobobo? What ever that show with the fighting nose-hairs was.

A couple mornings after TFA, I ended up watching The Secret Saturdays. It was actually very good. And manages to pull off a really intense over-arching storyline.

    The Gatchaman Ova's
Jo Jo's Bizzare adventure (a little bloody but epic superhero type action)
One Piece (watch the subbed version, the dub stinks)
Tekkaman Blade. It has a pretty good dub called Technoman
Guyver, this also has live action movies the first one was pretty bad, but the second has David Hayter starring (Metal Gear Solid Snake voice guy)
    Gundam Seed
Bubblegum Crisis! get the ova's they are far superior to the televison series
    City Hunter
    Armitige
    Gurren Laggan
All purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku nuku
    Tenchi Muyo (Ova's)
    FLCL
    Street Fighter the animated movie
The Fatal Fury Ovas and Movies
    Project Ako
    Moldiver

Keeping on the American side of things I second the vote for Secret Saturdays.
You also may want to check out Ben 10 and Ben 10 Alien Force.
Alien Force lacks a lot of the energy of the first show and makes some nonsensical retcons but is still pretty enjoyable.

And, of course, there is always Avatar.

    How many are there?
I only knew of the super abbreviated reboot from the late 90s.

I recommend: Gargoyles, any X-men series (preferably the 90's) and He-man and the Masters of the Universe (2002).

But a absolute must watch is Avatar:The Last Airbender. It's influenced by anime but with westernized humor and structure, defiantly not a true blue anime, and the action and martial arts are amazing.
