Hey guys, been trying to make a G1 powerglide. i know they have the ultra size(why would they do that?) but i'm trying to make an accurate "legends" size. i've seen ransack, springer and others used. although nice, but not quite the same. thinking bout articulating a G1 but would like your opinions:
Which TF would be a good mold to use. thanx

Maybe you could modify the Energon jet limb to look like Powerglide.

I don't know about a Legends class figure, since I don't think there's a jet that resembles Poweglide.

But a member here did use a Classics Ramjet with Universe08's Octane's wings and created a Deluxe scale powerglide from that.

And then yes, there's that Energon limb that could be modded as well.

Closest and easiest to mod legends figure for Powerglide would be Cybertron Jetfire i think (you can find that mold in the Aerial Rivals 5-pack). It's a simple matter of adding a hinge to the wings.

Though, Kusanagi mentioned a deluxe powerglide from a while ago on Radicons, which was made by Kalron i believe (don't quote me on this).

There's a A10 Warthog Mini-Con, he has a different transformation from Powerglide and he wouldn't fit into the Legends scale.

Didn't Kalron also have a WIP thread? I think that had more shots of the in production stages, might help with figuring out how he made that.

*looks for another Generations Thrust to hack apart...*

What was that Marvel crossover that was the same kind of jet? Thor? That'd be a good start.

Hmm, wouldn't Marvel Crossovers be a bit big, though?

Bigger than a legend or scout, but not much bigger than a deluxe. Given the size difference between Bumblebee and Powerglide in the G1 toon, and the size difference between that toy and classics Bumblebee, it could work.
