    I bought a lot recently, that had some sealed figures I wanted, and some loose figures. Some I recognize easily, like TFP Predaking, Bulkhead, etc, but I am unsure who this is

    He's missing a large rocket apparatus with a firing missile that attaches to that shoulder-mounted rail. Might it also have been in the lot you bought?
