Need help ID-ing a figure.

    So, this little guy was part of a big lot I got in the mail today and I've got no idea what he is. Everything else in the lot I have at least some vague idea about, but this thing remains an enigma.

    His chest looks like the grill of a truck, but there's no other vehicle kibble or anything to be found. Is he even a transformer?

    Based on the limbs, it looks like something from the line of transformer-type toys Hot Wheels had about ten years ago. Robo Wheels, or something like that. But it's definitely from that line, not a Hasbro product.

    Ah, thanks. That gives me a starting point, at least.

    One Google search later:

    Oh yeah, I remember these things...

    They transformed from a vehicle into an oddly proportioned robot with a skateboard. Explains the lack of kibble pretty well, since the wheels would be on a separate piece.
