It's been a week after Botcon. I work a long shift so tonight I have a some free time. I pull my Botcon exclusives out, brand new still sealed. I get Kup first and as soon as I start to transform him boom his leg falls off, and as much as I try It wont stay on. While I was a Botcon I noticed some guy at a booth all by himself and he had like 10 boxed sets and I asked him "are those for sell?" he says "no they are replacements for junkers." So I'm guessing I got cursed with a Junker. Did this happen to anyone else? If so is there any way I can get it replaced? This is a bunch of BS and I'm beyond pissed.

 

contact fp, i emailed them 2 days ago as my thunderclash's head is missing paint apps on his head.. looks like the rebirth optimus prime they should give you an answer

I have issues with SkyQuake and Thunderclash too, who can I talk to about getting them replaced. If they are willing to replace, are they covering shipping charges or am I stuck with it. Thanks for any information.

 

Cool man thanks I'll check it out. This sucks man, and it appears that i'm not the only one having trouble with the Botcon exc. and it's like we can say "oh damn my toy is F'd up oh well I'll just go to Wal-Mart and buy another"

That knee cap joint where the leg connects is all chewed up. Same thing happend with my Animated SS but it was just some useless pannel on his back.

 

I see, well if you get screwed by fanpub you could probably just replace the connector from a cyb red alert. All you would need is a soldering iron

My bonzaitron is the worst pos I have evern owned, it litterly fell apart after the twistties came off, pure garbage.

Piss-poor quality on 300$ Botcon figures? SERIOUS BUSINESS.  

 

kinda funny since all the chinese pre-release samples that people bought of the botcon figures had ZERO problems...i have two skyquakes and one leozack and razorclaw and ZERO problems with any of these guys...also got one of the NFS flaks with the red goggles...he is also no problems what so ever....sucks that the final sets that are given out at botcon have all these QC issues...

 

so what email should I write to for this? I have a QC issue with my Skyquake and Thunderclash. I tried Kristin and I tried submitting through the Botcon website but was wondering if I went to the right places or not. Thanks for any help.

I know. The one I wanted the most turns out to be crap.

First I sent an e-mail to through the "contact us" part of the Botcon website. Then I googled Fun Publications and it took me to the TCC website and I sent another one through there. If I don't get a reply by today I'm going to call them and see whats up. This is bullshit.
