I almost want to get this for the beanie and the t-shirt (especially since the listing claims it's an XL). I'd end up selling the Shredder though if I did.

I know, right?? I was playing with him using the stoic face and wanted to see if he could pick his own nose…everything fell right into place after that, lol… It seemed like the most obvious thing to do. The expressions they gave him are priceless.

I think I’m the only one who cared about more figures from The Boys line being revealed at that comic-con panel...

I saw him and Starlight at Target the other day. Starlight’s likeness looked pretty spot-on in-person. Homelander looked a bit off, and I don’t think he had any ab articulation (unless it’s that under-the-skin kind of articulation). Not a big deal, but something worth looking into if you’re interested in these figures.

There’s a little bit of movement at the waist, but there’s no articulation hidden underneath the chest piece.

This guy is honestly a lotta fun...

Who is selling it for $35?????

Anyway, what's the difference between the 40th version and the one that comes in the box with the movie poster art and the egg and face hugger?

Anyone here own the Neca Movie TMNT Turtles? Was it worth the dip? Or what is worth the dip? I'm eyeing up some sets on ebay and a local game shop has them sitting on a shelf too that I could probably barter.

I bought an Ultimate Gamer Gremlin this week and love it. It should be easier to stand than it is, but it's light years better at standing than the prior Neca Gremlin I had from years back. I thought that old Neca Gremlin I had was pretty accurate, but with the new one in hand, it quite honestly sucks. Ended up going in on more Gremlins. Still not sure I want to upgrade/replace my Gizmo though. I have the release prior to the Ultimate Gizmo which has the face changing. Anyone go through the upgrade there? Was it worth it? The eyes looks a little more recessed on the Ultimate because of the face changing gimmick, but it might just be the videos I'm watching.

I have and prefer the McFarlane and it was primarily because of stability. Yes the feet are stupidly inaccurate, but because of their literal large footprint they make the figure incredibly stable, which is a big problem I had with the Neca. Paint job was better than Neca at the time too, but I'm not sure what all Neca has done with their mold since. I also thought the McFarlane head was better than the Neca, looked more like the movie to me.

Definitely agree with your overall assessment.

I can't help you on the Gremlin question, but I will say that the movie turtles are probably my favorite NECA figures to date. The sculpts are about perfect and the articulation is better than your average NECA figure. As for price, I'm the type of person who is generally only willing to pay MSRP (or close to it) for recent stuff. It all comes down to how much they're worth to YOU, though. What kinds of prices have you been looking at?

    Fucking Target, in store.
    Screenshot_20210801-220236_Target.jpg

Theres no difference in sculpt. Its moulded in a smoke colored translucent plastic with brown/gray highlights and comes with a face hugger. Looks like a Giger painting. Pretty bad ass but, not almost $40 bad ass.
