Whelp. Guess collectors will be forced to pay the premium Bandai offers instead. We'll call it "The Ghidorah Effect." I'd say this isn't undeserved because they only ever put out a half dozen figures a year and most of them were repaints, but that's all SHMA is too, so... Am I going to have to cut a bitch on the back wall of a Target for that Tokyo SOS figure?
I saw this on a Facebook group and no one could provide a link to NECA that supports it. It's not here: Login • Instagram Nor here: Home In fact, they have the Tokyo SOS and Biollante figures just listed for sale as normal.
Has anyone found the new Godzillas in-store yet? With the news of this possible cancellation, I'm antsier than ever to secure them, and I'd rather not pay the extra shipping costs from Amazon or ebay.
Looks like I'll have to buy the 89 and 03 Godzillas as soon as I see them at Target. In fact, if they have more than one, I'm buying two of each given my track record with NECA's Godzillas.
Guys. There is no evidence that this is true. It's just an unaccredited screen grab in a format that doesn't match NECA's website nor their Instagram. I'm calling it Fake News! You may think Scarlet Knight called it Fake News first, but that is also FAKE NEWS. I said it first. Believe me.
the news is true, Neca confirmed it on Twitter. https://twitter.com/NECA_TOYS/status/1283498529290440706
Well I guess maybe why they're flooding Targets with Godzillas. Basically every single one is available at every Target I've been to. I was planning on skipping the last two, but maybe will order them since they'll be gone later. Plus if Bandai re-releases the Biollante like they showed, I'll need a scale Godzilla to go against her.
