    He's very cool...but I just ordered a custom voyager Starscream from a triple A customizer...so I don't think I'll be needing this Nebular SS anymore...

    The problem of K-Mart is they always have most of their TF selection out of stock.

    I keep checking their website for the Nebular Starscream, but it always says out of stock.

    It's in stock on kmart.com now, if you trust the site enough to order from there.

    I did ordered from that site before. Then several days later, they sent me an email saying the item is out of stock.

    I just placed an order for a Nebular SS. Now will I be surprise if tomorrow or Tuesday they send me an email letting me know the item is out of stock?

    I placed an order for it back when it first came in-stock. It shipped the next day and should be here Tuesday.

    K-Mart's website is usually dependable when it comes to their exclusives, as they have their own SKU and whatnot. I just don't trust them with anything else.

    My Nebular Starscream arrived today. But I also ordered ROTF Voyager Mindwipe from K-Mart and they sent the wrong item.

    I called K-Mart or Sears and this lady told me they can have UPS swing by my place and pick it up and they will send me the correct item with no shipping cost or I can take it back to a nearest K-Mart and get a refund. So I decided to take it a K-Mart store to get a refund. I don't trust them to send me the correct item.

    This was the second straight time I've had problems ordering from K-Mart. My advice is if you ever plan to order a TF from K-Mart, take caution!

    I have ordered TF's from Walmart, TRU, HTS and Target and never had a problem.

    Saw 8 of them today.

    Very ugly looking and they had him in a 19.99 slot.Told them about the pricing issue but they didn't correct it before i left.(I'll report them to W&M tomorrow if it has not been fixed)

    Should have had your call escalated to a manager. They ran out of Mindwipe, Bludgeon and others within a few days of the initial listing, and instead are randomly just picking out different toys and shipping them. This is a form of mail fraud, not only should they reimburse shipping, but time and gas money for having to deliver it back to the store yourself.

    They did this to me three times now, and I will no longer be shopping at Kmart, let alone they got a very bad survey.

    That is what I did lastnight. I took their survey and gave them a bad rating. It said they would like to call me in two days. But even if they do call, whatever you tell them will not do any good.

    One thing I forgot to add. When I was at K-Mart yesterday, the lady at customer service asked me did I checked their toy department to see if they had ROTF Mindwipe in stock. I told her they don't have it. I checked the day before.

    Mine came in today. So what are people renaming him into, I have heard alot of Acid Storm. Any other popular ones.
