I can't decide if I want to pull the trigger on the all-in bundle or just get one troll and the four pack. I could easily drop Unkann too. I like MotU but the homage doesn't really do anything for me.
I'm on the fence about the two skeletons...still getting the Forest Troll and Templar Knight for sure...
I'm thinking this Templar coffin will fit in scale with theses ML skeletons. It's 8.5" x 3" x 4". It opens up so I was planning on posing one of them coming out of it. I think I like them better this way, and will probably display them with these heads. Too bad there aren't a couple removable helmets to stick on top of the skull heads... so that they could still have interesting headgear, but also visible skull faces. Anyhow, not a big deal, I'm glad they're including the skulls at all.
On the eve of the final day of 1.5 preorders I've placed my order...went with a Forest Troll, Sir Godfry and Ilgarr...
I ended up ordering both trolls. I wanted the templar too but the trolls were already super pricey. Hopefully we'll have some in hand soon.
Which colored wings do you guys think will work best with Iz-Ra-Mirrus? The green ones seem like a different shade than his body is. The red ones might match his head feathers but I'm not sure how good that will look. The gold ones might look cool. I can't decide. I think the last two are digital photoshops so don't go off of that. BUT He has red feathers at the back of his skull so red wings would make sense. The green "feathers" on him are supposed to be scales. I think the red works best too.
I picked up the dark mist version of Decimus on eBay. It was kind of an impulse buy that I'm up in the air over honestly. He looks pretty cool, I guess. Kind of sucks that he doesn't have wings though. Hopefully he looks cool in person.
Because he's a bird, right? I got ya. So I cancelled my cherry-picked Birds order at Store Horsemen... ...because I decided I wanted to go all-in after all, and BBTS still has them up for pre-order at the same price for which 4H was offering them. Decided I like them enough to grab the whole set. I did feel a bit guilty cancelling with 4H, but it's with the end-goal of getting more of their figures. Still torn on which ones I want wings for, though. The vulture is the only one that I know for sure I want winged.
I think the dark brown wings are the ones that match the vulture. Goin' with those. I wish the bone wings and skull were being reissued, I think they'd look great on the white raven.
The Dark Mist Decimus rocks! I like it a lot more than I thought I would. I just wish there were some translucent wings to go with him. He reminds me of the phantoms/dark spirits from the Dark Souls franchise.
Posted on their forums just the other day. Long story short, we're in the final weeks and they'll start shipping soon starting with the All-In orders. We'll probably starting getting notices at the end of the month or start of next month.
