Different take on Huffer or Pipes, I'm guessing.

 

Looks too... pretty to be Siege? Like, it's lacking the filters. If it's something non-Siege related, I'd be happy about some things from Prime Wars returning and lighting Siege's dark hour.

 

Might be Countdown. Seems to have red lower legs.
Or Omega Supreme's head might be a bot too from looking at that backpack design.
Does seem like a micromaster, possibly a battlemaster. Almost seems like a Scout/Legends style.

Considering the other artwork we've seen of late though, I'm leaning on it has something to do with Omega Supreme.

The arms definitely suggest Battlemaster/Micromaster/Titan Master/Prime Master though. So if it's not Countdown, then Smashdown makes sense.

Dammit I saw the hood and thought we were finally getting a real huffer/pipes mold for a second.

 

I concur with the consensus, but just to emphasize something—

They look cool whatever they turn into!  

Alas, I’m not sure that the actual figure will look as luscious as that art, since, so far, the Siege single figure weaponizing target/battle masters look like a good opportunity to practice customizing!  

Granted, I’m in for several Lionizers, despite that. And, the weaponizing micro masters look great, but I’m mostly leaning towards a couple Air Strike Patrols because I’m not feeling the Battle Patrol on clearer inspection, especially that Shotgun combination that exposes their faces! xD

Oh, and just for fun, maybe it’s Bad Cube’s Captain Huffy.  

That’s a find! Even without the difference deco, that’s a strong contender!

Think I’ve figured it out! The artwork is too bright and not at all gritty, so I can’t see it being for Siege (if you compare them you’ll see). It’s got some orange effects in the bottom right corner so I can see it being part of a bigger scene or special edition set.

Here’s where it gets weird... It ‘does’ look like Slapdash’s powermaster Lube, but the colours are actually the Japanese Masterforce Warrior ‘engine only’ repaint Bullet! Maybe a powermaster pretool exclusive?

 

The generations logo and art are making me think this is a Hasbro Exclusive.
