So, this is my very 1st custom repaint. I used the dry brush method that I read about on the forums. It turned out ok I guess, in exception for his chest. There was a "camera lens" there but I accidentally sprayed it with the base coat. This figure is Spyshot 6 from the Real Gear line. I wanted to make my 1st go at this with a mediocre figure and this was the best I could come up with. Be gentle on me...it is my very 1st try LOL. The only real problem I am having is the paint rub/chipping, so unfortunately he can't transform. I don't know how to get it to not do that. I plan on doing the DOTM Shockwave next. I think I'll take my time with that one though. Anyways, without further adue.....

Can you post at least one picture here for your thumbnail instead of that logo? Id love to see it but My phone won't open flicker. As for the chipping problem, sand the areas that are going to rub down a good amount before you paint. Not too much though, just enough for the layers of paint and clear coat to make up the difference of what you sand off. And if elbows have corners, sand down the edges, paint will jump off there with any heat changes if you keep ythem under display lights or handle them a lot.

Nice! Thanks for changing that. For being your first custom it ain't half bad, I wasn't a fan of that mold and you did a good job with it man. One thing I might add, a little color in the body to tie it all together =)

Now that I get a better look at it, The only part I would think would really benefit from some color would be the curved circle parts on the arms. Pick a color, anything but pink! Or just leave it like that, its your creation, enjoy it!

None of those flicker links work. Great work for your first custom.
