I'll probably have to find mine, manage to pop the head off, and use the calipers, it's probably 1mm larger in diameter than the ones it very nearly fits, but measurements will be needed to be sure.

Here's a weird thought to consider: since they're officially part of the same universe as the TFs and G.I.Joe now...what about faceplates based on M.A.S.K. masks? Puts a whole new twist on the concept, y'ask me.

I have some MASK designs in the queue. So many faces, so little time.

Speaking of, we have 95-98 on the face tally here:

Cheetor, Nautica, Tarantulas and Tigatron, with the BW characters being Dawn of Futures Past/Theft of the Golden Disk versions.

I'm not a fan of the lips on Nautica, but everything else is just pure awesomeness.

On a sidenote, do you plan on making a MTMTE Rodimus faceplate? The new Hot Rod is quite the figure for such a face.

The lips are a little exaggerated, but that's so they'll have enough depth to be painted by hand. Certain features have to be exaggerated to work on a 15mm tall face. I have to recess the eyes back, in many cases, further than I would if modelling for animation, for instance.

I already have MTMTE Rodimus, in both a closed mouth-smirk and an open-grin with his comm-device out. Other IDW characters/versions I have include: Tarn, Ten, Rung, Skullcruncher, Aileron and Monstructor. Here's all the currently available faces in alphabetical order.

You have plans to make a G1 toy version of Highbrow head? Its gotta be the one time I wish Hasbro made a toy homage rather than animation model from the show.

Also on another level for these custom faceplates; Is there a custom titan master body mold for these to avoid taking apart a pre-existing one.

I think it's been said the cost of printing an entire Titan Master from scratch via Shapeways would be equivalent to like, 3-4 retail Titan Masters.

Wow man, this is very impressive work. Sorry if this has been asked but I didn't see it.

Do you have any plans to do a blank non-transforming back of the head for TR figures? If I had the option to just get a non-transforming head that can accommodate your incredibly impressive and tempting faces, I would be... well, tempted.

Would you consider making lower arms for Titans Fortress Maximus that incorporate fists which fold in? I have been bothered by the two hands sticking out over the head since the day I bought him.

Also, are there any plans to offer the Rescue Bots heads individually? To have the most durable pieces possible, I need four different colors (one for each character). I don't need three leftovers in each of the four colors.
